I had a fab stay! 🎉 the best part was definitely the room with a private balcony. Such a treat to wake up to the view! only downside was the scrambled egg at breakfast. 🍳

Absolutely loved the cozy feel of the reception area and the fire pit at this hotel after being inspired by Rick Stein. Room with a view was comfy and the high-pressure shower was delightful. Breakfast was scrumptious. Staff were super helpful with Northern Lights tips. Would definitely return for the fantastic facilities and friendly service. Light issue in one room, but otherwise, a top-notch stay.

The hotel had cozy rooms perfect for families but a tight bathroom. Fun communal areas to relax in. Breakfast was superb though finding the entrance was tricky. Staff were welcoming, and the quirky charm added to the experience. A lively spot in a convenient location.

Funky venue, superb bar area, unbeatable location close to the stores. The buffet breakfast was very tasty, perfect to start our day. All of the staff was welcoming and polite.

Traveling to Reykjavik for two nights, this hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful, assisting with reservations and transportation. They even allowed me to check in early for a small fee, which was a welcome relief after a long journey. The hotel's location on the marina was perfect, with whale watching boats just steps away and the town center a short walk. The unique atmosphere of the shipyard outside the dining room and bar added to the charm. Plus, the best fish and chip shop in the world was conveniently across the road. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Breakfast at Kaffislippur is a feast of flavors. Slippbarinn has tasty food and marina views. And the decor is so unique, it's like an art gallery exploded!

Oh, and let's not forget the joy of sitting in traffic noise while trying to sleep. So peaceful.

It had very central location close to Bonus. Understanding employees from the previous receptionist.

The venue is not ideal tbh, yet it has very good staff and location.

Best aspects of my stay were the friendly staff and the convenient location. the staff were always available and happy to assist with any questions or requests. the hotel was situated near the harbor area and within walking distance to the town center, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay.

Worst aspects of my stay were the lack of privacy in the bathroom and the noise from the street. the bathroom did not have a door and the walls facing the bedroom were frosted glass, which made it uncomfortable for privacy.

Many things to mention - everything was clean, delightful food, lovely views. Everything was perfect, yet a few employees were disappointing. We didn't have time and didn't visit the in-house restaurant, but it seemed good.

The staff were welcoming, breakfast was great, and the hotel's modern decor created a cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed the convenience of having a bus stop for tours right next to the hotel, as well as being within walking distance to restaurants and other attractions in the city. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some minor room cons but the excellent location and friendly service made up for it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Best aspects include the excellent location, very close to the harbor and the city centre, with easy access to transportation. We even caught a nighttime boat excursion from the nearby pier. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very helpful and cheery. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with L'Occitane toiletries in the spacious bathroom.

Our family had an amazing time exploring the fun and colorful surroundings of the nearby marina, where we took a fantastic boat tour to see whales and puffins up close. The staff there were incredibly friendly and made the experience unforgettable.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from providing more kid-friendly activities for families with children.

Just returned from an amazing stay by the harbor. LOVED waking up to the view of the harbour from my room on the 2nd level. The included breakfast was delicious, especially the scrambled eggs. This hotel is in a great location, just down the street from cute shops and delicious restaurants. The common areas are perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or chatting with friends. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with each one uniquely decorated. The morning breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious options, including tasty bakery items.

The room could get a bit warm during the day and the windows only opened slightly, making it difficult to cool down the room.

Had a fantastic 4-night stay at this comfortable hotel. The spacious room had an amazing sea-cum-mountain view and was well-lit with plenty of charging points. The beds and pillows were cozy, and there were enough hangers for our jackets. The staff at the hotel reception were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. We were able to cover all the tourist spots on foot or by public transport. The hotel also assisted us with a great deal on a taxi to/from Keflavik Airport. a wonderful experience!

We loved staying at this hotel near the harbor. The location was fantastic as we were able to easily walk to many restaurants and bars within 5-7 minutes. The hotel itself had a modern and welcoming interior, with plenty of sitting areas for relaxation. The staff were extremely helpful at all times, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast served at the hotel was great, and we also enjoyed the happy hour prices at the bar. The family room we stayed in was perfect for us, with the kids loving the bunk beds. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to everyone.

We loved the quirky, stylish rooms and the fantastic facilities for relaxation. The food at the restaurant was delicious and had a great range of dishes. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful, especially Christophe in the Marina Residence. The location was perfect with beautiful views of the marina and the snowy mountains in the distance. We highly recommend the beautiful suite in the Marina Residence.

The FAMILY room was spacious and cozy, perfect for my business trip with a comfortable sofa bed for a friend. The wide doors and accessible features in the Superior room made my stay convenient and stress-free. The private bathroom with a shower was a nice touch.

Personally, I found the sofa bed a bit firm, but others might not mind.

I had a wonderful stay at the Marina hotel. The location was great, just a short walk to both the harbor and downtown. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were very cozy. I loved having a fridge and a safe in the room for convenience. The hotel had plenty of space to hang out and relax while waiting for my tours. The buffet breakfast was fabulous, and I especially enjoyed the Nespresso machine in my room. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
